HUBUNGAN ANTAR MANUSIA DAN HUBUNGANNYA DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR DINAS PENDIDIKAN DAN KEBUDAYAAN KOTA AMBON

Abstract

Abstract; The study entitlet A co-relational Study on Human Relation and Work Satisfaction at the Office of Education and Culture Office in Ambon is as explycitly stated in the title co-relational in nature. The research was particularly intended to find out to what extent human relation correlates with work satisfaction. The data analysis indicated that a p=0, the obtained r value (.727) was significantly higher than the tabled r value (.361). It could then be cconcluded that co-relation between the two variables was highly significant. This finding leads to the conclusion that conducive atmosphere should be created if work satisfaction on the part of the workers is to achieve.
