INTERSEKSI POLITIK IDENTITAS DAN AKSES LAYANAN KESEJAHTERAAN SOSIAL PADA KELOMPOK MINORITAS DI KOTA AMBON

Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara politik identitas dan akses layanan kesejahteraan sosial pada kelompok minoritas di Kota Ambon. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan 32 informan dari berbagai kelompok minoritas serta 15 pemangku kebijakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa politik identitas masih mempengaruhi distribusi dan akses layanan kesejahteraan sosial, terutama dalam konteks pasca-konflik di Ambon. Terdapat disparitas signifikan dalam akses terhadap layanan kesehatan, pendidikan, dan bantuan sosial berdasarkan identitas etnis dan agama. Penelitian juga mengidentifikasi adanya mekanisme adaptif yang dikembangkan oleh kelompok minoritas untuk mengatasi hambatan struktural tersebut. Implikasi dari temuan ini menekankan pentingnya reformulasi kebijakan kesejahteraan sosial yang inklusif dan berkeadilan dengan mempertimbangkan kompleksitas identitas dalam konteks lokal Kota Ambon.
