Slope Stability, Landslide, SafetyAbstract
One of the natural disasters that often occurs is landslides. Usually occurs in mountainous areas, hills, steep slopes, and cliffs. Ambon City has a land area of 359.45 km2 with a topography of 73% of the City area, which is a hilly area with steep slopes (30-45°) to very steep (>45°) and only about 17% of its plains can be classified as flat or gently sloping. with a slope (<30°). On the roads in the Hative Besar area, landslides often occur, so an analysis of slope stability is carried out to obtain the factor of safety and the causes of the occurrence of landslides. The research steps are in the form of direct measurements in the field, taking disturbed and undisturbed soil samples for laboratory testing. Then data analysis and calculations are carried out with processes including: Depiction of slope contours based on land measurement data, Soil classification, Calculation of safety factors, and factors that cause landslides.Based on the results of the calculation of the acquisition value analysis using trial and error calculations on the two methods, namely the Fellenius and Bishop methods from experiments 1 to 4, because the safety factor for slope stability SF > 1.5 the slope is stable. Then the calculated value of experiment 4 is taken with the smallest value of the 4 calculation results with the Fellenius Method SF=1.67 ground motion often occurs and the Simplified Bishop Method SF=1.75 ground motion rarely occursReferences
