Abstract
Roads are a type of land transportation infrastructure that includes all parts of the road, including complementary and complementary buildings. Roads can also make it easier for people and goods to move around. For this reason, it needs to be supported by good and appropriate road conditions. Good road geometric planning can trigger the growth of an area, so that it does not affect motorists' visibility. The purpose of this writing is to analyze the level of appropriate visibility on the Jl. Mangga Dua, Nusaniwe District, Ambon City, as well as providing solutions, if the level of eligibility does not match the specified criteria. So the method used is data collection through field surveys and measurements using a theodolite, to determine slope and cross-sectional data. Then an analysis of the feasibility of visibility on Jl. Mangga Dua, Nusaniwe District, Ambon City. Jl. Mangga Dua is a secondary local road and has hilly terrain, has 80% lane width at bends that meets feasibility standards and 30% shoulder width that meets feasibility standards and the speed used is 40 km/hour. The stopping sight distance and corner radius do not meet feasibility standards, because they do not comply with applicable requirements. Bends 1-5 are SCS bends, because from the calculation results if Lc > 25 m, then the bend uses a SCS curve.
