Analisa Pemilihan Moda Transportasi Antara Taksi Online Dan Taksi Pangkalan Menggunakan Metode Analytic Hierarchy Process

Transportation services in Indonesia in general and Ambon City in particular, have a variety of vehicles, one of which is a four-wheeled vehicle known as a taxi. The popularity of taxis is increasing with the existence of Online taxis in Indonesia, especially Ambon City, so that the selection of transportation modes between Online taxis and base taxis cannot be separated from various considerations of factors related to the smooth journey from the place of origin to the destination. The factors considered are safety, security, reliability, comfort, cleanliness, travel time, cost, and accessibility. From these factors, users of transportation services can make choices directly about the desired mode of transportation. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of selecting modes of transportation, determine the probability of mode selection, and compare the priority of passengers choosing alternative modes based on consideration of the selected criteria. This research discusses aspects / criteria and the use of which transportation is a priority for respondents, so research is made using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Analytic Hierarchy Process is a research method for making a decision by comparing each aspect/criteria and alternative. From the AHP analysis conducted, it can be concluded that the factors that influence mode selection are safety factors with a weight of 24%, followed by safety factors with a weight of 22%, reliability with a weight of 11%, comfort with a weight of 13%, cleanliness with a weight of 12%, travel time with a weight of 6%, cost with a weight of 6%, and finally accessibility with a weight of 6%. In terms of travel, Online taxis are the most preferred alternative by passengers, which is 67% and those who choose base taxis are 33%. The priority comparison of passengers in choosing alternative modes of Online taxi transportation based on the consideration of the selected criteria is, the cost criterion with a weight of 80%, followed by the criteria of safety 75%, safety 75%, comfort 75%, cleanliness 67%, accessibility 67%, reliability 50%, and the last travel time 50%References
