Irrigation is the provision and regulation of water to support agriculture. Construction of irrigation channels are indispensable as a form of supporting the provision of food. The aim of this study was to analyze the amount of discharge in each of the secondary channels and the efficiency of the irrigation area Kobisonta, which is at the village Kobisonta, district Seti East North Seram, Maluku district middle of an area of 3,150 ha. Research was conducted on the Secondary Channel Kobisonta include BKS.7, BKS.8, BKS.9, Secondary Channel Front Kobisonta include BKS.10, BKS.11, BKS.12 and Secondary Channels Seti include BS.1, BS.2 and BS .3. Needs water discharge in the rice terraces and irrigation efficiency on regional channels Kobisonta analyzed by method debit entry - exit discharge. The data used in this analysis is the primary data (flow rate) using a measuring instrument current meter type C2. And membeir provide irrigation water so efficient is not simple because many factors influence how the supply and delivery of irrigation water, in addition to the inefficient water supply and irrigation water pemberiaan on the channel, can reduce agricultural productivity. Based on the analysis of data, then the actual discharge channel BS3, BKS9, BKS11, and BKS 12 is able to meet the water needs of irrigation throughout the whole irrigation area. In line BS1, BS2, BKS8 and BKS10, actual discharge has not been able to meet the needs of irrigation water in the irrigation area. For irrigation efficiency in irrigation area Kobisonta different for each channel. According to standard levels of efficiency according to the Directorate General of Irrigation relatively efficient at secondary channel DI. Kobisonta is BKS7 90%, BKS8 97% and BS2 91%.References
