Bukit Lateri Indah is one of the housing complex in Ambon city. When the rain arrives, rain water that falls on the housing area, flowed through drainage into the sea. If this continues, the volume of ground water will decrease, due to lack of water absorption into the soil. The purpose of this paper is to determine the ability of absorption wells in absorbing rainwater, to replenish ground water. In response to this problem, rainfall data and home type data are required to predict the discharge plan with 2, 5, and 10 years, and soil permeability data to design the dimensions of absorption wells. The method used in the calculation of the discharge plan is the Rational Method, to calculate the intensity of rain used Mononobe Method, and for the design of the well dimension used Sunjoto Method. From the analysis result, it can be seen that due to soil permeability value at very small research location that is 10-6cm / d, the design of dimension of absorbent well, has big size. In type 32 homes, wells range from 1,853-3,607m. In type 36, the well is 2,084-4,058m. In type 45, the well is 2,606-5,073m. And in type 54, the well of 3,127-6,087m. The well height used is 3m based on the maximum height requirement. The 234 wells can absorb 1081.56 m3 of rainwater volume into the soil.
