On the Piru - Eti Road section located in West Seram Regency, the 4 km long Trans Seram Road experienced damage. The damage found was 10 types of damage to the road, namely Crocodile Skin Cracks, Block Cracks, Bumps and Sags, Depressions, Edge Cracks, Cracks Longitudinal Patches and Utility Patches Excavated by Holes, Grooves, Weathering and Loose Granules, pavement conditions caused by waterlogging where material damage and the design age of the Jalan-Eti Pavement Section of West Seram Regency. The total average index value of 54.52% is in fairly good condition based on the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method. Handling Rehabilitation Work (Urgent Maintenance). Using the P2 method, namely asphalting by dismantling and replacing the surface layer and top foundation layer or Base A.
