Abstract

Roads are important land transportation infrastructure in facilitating the economic and social activities of the community. Good road conditions will facilitate the mobility of residents in carrying out daily activities. Highways with good flexible pavement must have quality for the convenience and safety of road users. This study aims to determine the type and level of damage that occurs, as well as to find the value of the pavement condition using the PCI Method and the Dirgolaksono Mochtar Method to determine the solution for repairing the road damage. The data analyzed are data obtained from visual observations, and from data from measurements of the width and extent of existing road damage. The data will then be analyzed so that it can find out the value of road conditions according to the Pavement Condition Index and Dirgolaksono Mochtar methods for solving problems that occur on these roads. There are 3 types of damage on the Hulaliu – Aboru road section, namely subsidence, potholes and grain release. The results of the analysis based on the Pavement Condition Index method get a damage value of 13.53 and have a Failed - Serious road condition value, this damage requires repair solutions in the form of patching, additional layers and reconstruction. The results for the analysis using the Dirgolaksono Mochtar method got a pavement damage value of 51.67 with a critical condition damage value, a drainage damage of 12.85 and a Ridding Quality of 4.03. Based on the value of the damage, the repair solution is manual patching, sealing and skin patching and for drainage channels it is necessary to make drainage channels
