Roads are important land transportation infrastructure in facilitating the economic and social activities of the community. Good road conditions will facilitate the mobility of residents in carrying out their daily activities. Highways with good flexible pavement must have quality for the comfort and safety of road users. This study aims to analyze the type of damage that occurred, analyze the value of the condition of the road pavement based on the PCI method, and determine the solution that must be done in handling the existing damage. In this study the authors reviewed the road damage using the PCI (Pavement Condition Index) method. Determination of the type of damage is done by means of an existing survey in accordance with the form of the PCI method. Then the data will be processed to get the value of Deduct Value, Density, Corrected Value. Then from this value it can be determined the value of PCI. The types of damage that occurred on the Suli Atas-Larike road section, Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency were Crocodile Skin Cracks, Edge Cracks, Longitudinal Cracks, Holes, and Grain Release. The results of the analysis using the PCI method obtained a value of 54, which is included in the Fair category. The solution that can be done is to carry out regular maintenance in accordance with the existing damage conditions, and also to repair road segments that have a high level of damage. Repairs are carried out according to the type of damage on the roadReferences
