Ir. M. Putuhena Street is a road section with quite high traffic volume. In the coming years, the volume of traffic that will pass through this road section will increase, considering that this road section is a national road, namely a road that connects roads between provincial capitals and national strategic roads. Ir. M. Putuhena Street is a 2-lane, 2-way undivided type road with a length of 4000 meters and a width of 6.5 meters. Comfort for road users is a top priority and a basic requirement in road planning, including road markings. Meanwhile, a road stud is a sign that is above the road surface. Road Studs or road nails are equipment on a road that are the same as road markings. The function of these road studs (Road Studs) is as a road divider and also as a guide for vehicle drivers during day and night conditions and also functions in foggy or rainy conditions. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the use of road studs on driver behavior on the Ir. M. Putuhena road section. Ir. M. Putuhena and analyzed the effectiveness of the use of road studs on the Ir. M. Putuhena road section. Ir. M. Putuhena Research conducted around road spikes to determine the level of driving comfort on the Ir. M. Putuhena.
