Rekonstruksi Teologi Belas Kasih sebagai Dasar Pelayanan Pastoral bagi Penderita HIV/AIDS
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to provide teaching for every person in understanding the actions of Jesus who, with humility, showed His love to all people without exception, especially to a person suffering from leprosy (Mark 1: 40-45). Jesus came and approached the leper without regard to the purity laws that were in effect at that time. The exclusion experienced by lepers in the past is also felt today by those suffering from HIV/AIDS, a dangerous disease that is difficult to cure. People living with HIV/AIDS are often marginalized or avoided by society and even by those closest to them. Through the actions of Jesus, believers are taught to love one another and to open themselves to accept others in any condition.
