PEMBERDAYAAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM PENINGKATAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PERTANIAN KABUPATEN FAKFAK

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect the empowerment of human resources to work productivity of employees at the Department of Agriculture Fakfak. This study was included in the category of the survey, which aimed to collect data from 41 respondents in a sample, using questionnaires as the main data collection tool. Then testing the data with validity and reliability, followed by regression analysis. The test results showed that all the questions declared invalid. Then the regression coefficient is positive and significant, suggesting that the empowerment of human resources variables significantly affect the increase in employee productivity Fakfak District Agriculture Office. Although significant but empowerment is not maximized support increased work productivity.
