ANALISIS PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP SIKAP DAN NIAT BERPERILAKU KONSUMEN TELKOMSEL FLASH

           Abstract: The purposes of this research were to know and to analyse: 1) wether product quality have positive and significant influence toward consumers’ attitude, 2) wether product quality have positive and significant influence toward consumers’ behavior, 3) wether consumers’ attitude have positive and significant influence toward consumers’ behavior, 4) the most dominant variables were attitude and behavior of consumers. Interwiew and questionnaire were used as methods of data collections and data were analysed by using analysis of double regression. The result of the research showed that: 1) the analysis results proved that variables of product quality, and attitude have significant influence toward behavior, 2) the analysis result proved that variable of product quality have significant influence toward attitude and attitude has significant influence toward behavior.
