Abstract

 

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variable placement of employees in the form of conformity of knowledge, skills suitability, suitability attitudes toward employee performance of PT. Telkom Ambon. Techniques of data collection in the form of interview and questionnaire. Analysis tool used to measure the level of influence between independent variables and the dependent variable, determination test is used to determine the correlation between independent variables with the dependent variable, partial test used to verify whether or not a significant independent variables on the dependent variable individually. The results showed that employment positive and significant effect in improving performance on PT Telkom Branch Ambon. This is evidenced by the positive regression coefficient and significance test that produces a smaller value of alpha 5%.
