ABSTRACT

This research was carried out with the aim of knowing the self-rescue procedures on board the ship "Sabuk Nusantara". The results found in this research are that the selfrescue procedures on board when the ship "Sabuk Nusantara" experiences an accident have been regulated in international conventions and this must be applied to all ships, considering that ship accidents that will occur cannot be predicted, thus the use of Safety equipment and conditions when in a safety facility must be carried out and paid attention to properly so that people who are in that condition can survive until help comes to help.
