PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN EVALUASI MANAJEMEN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI PADA PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN SORONG SELATAN
Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to: first, determine the work environment, management evaluation and job satisfaction of South Sorong Regency Government employees. Second, to determine the influence of the work environment and management evaluation on job satisfaction of South Sorong Regency Government employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 60 respondents as a sample. After the data was collected, it continued with data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The first hypothesis testing, which shows that working environment (x1) and managerial evaluation (x2) have simultaneously and significantly influence the working satisfaction of the employees at the local government in South Sorong Regency, has been proven. The second hypothesis testing proves that working environment (x1) has the most dominant influence toward working satisfaction of the employees and it shows the highest regression coefficient of 0.622.
