ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to examine whether employee placement has an effect on employee work performance at PT. BPR Modern Express Ambon Branch. The data analysis used is simple linear regression. The results of this research are that the placement of employees in a position has an influence on the work performance of PT employees. BPR Modern Express Ambon Branch. Employees who have knowledge appropriate to their position will lead to increased work performance, the education they have obtained will shape the attitudes, abilities and skills of the employee concerned, thus strengthening the employee's self-interest. Apart from that, all elements such as educational background, skills, abilities, thoroughness, work skills are able to make a big contribution to improving the employee's work performance in the Company.
