Abstract

Abstract: An assessment of the financial performance of the Regional Water Company (PDAM) in Ambon can be measured using a variety of financial measurement tools. For the assessment of financial performance management has an interest to analyze the security issues of investment, profits or dividends to be obtained. This study aims to determine the financial performance through the impact of cash management to the Economic Profitability. The analysis model was activity ratios, profitability, Cash Budget and simple regression. Regression results indicate that the variable cash management contribute or a contribution of 84.4% to the Regional Water Company profitability Ambon City.
