ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA PADA USAHA PENANGKAPAN IKAN DI KOTA AMBON

Abstract

Abstract: Territorial water of Moluccas have potential fishery resource, and consist of two resource type group involve sea that is fish group (group and fishes) is not fish (non fishes) like prawn, sea grass, fight stone, sea-cucumber and others. Spreading of fishery potency not flatten, but forming band movement of fish migration or fish. That thing is because Moluccas sea represent meeting two biggest ocean world namely ocean of pacific ocean and of hindia. Fish migration of other State step into territorial water of Moluccas and form band movement of fish. Result of elite which in Town of Ambon three District (District of Nusaniwe, Sirimau, and Baguala) where Effort arrest of fish influenced by appliance catch, labour.
