Influence Of Work Environment In Relation To Employee Performance At The
West Sorong District Office Of Sorong City. The Research Entitled Influence Of Work Environment In Relation To Employee Performance At The West Sorong District Office Of Sorong City Was Conducted With The Aim Of Analyzing Aspects Of The Physical Work environment that have not met the standards of eligibility for their use as supporting facilities for employee performance and aspects of the non-physical work environment that affect the performance of employees at the West Sorong District Office of Sorong City. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method involving 5 (five) informants related to. In addition to data obtained from informants, there is also research data obtained through observations conducted by researchers on research objects for 21 working days. This study concludes that the condition of the physical work environment at the West Sorong District Office does not fully support employee performance in terms of
lighting and workspace temperature, but these two conditions are addressed by utilizing what is available according to conditions and does not interfere with employee performance, while aspects of humidity, air circulation and noise do not interfere with employee performance at all. Meanwhile, the non-physical work environment conditions at the West Sorong District Office are considered to be in very good condition and greatly support employee performance in carrying out public services to the community.
