PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA GURU PADA SMK NEGERI 1 KOTA SORONG

Abstract

Abstract; Teachers as government officials and as community servants are
expected to always be ready to carry out their duties properly and ready to serve the community well too. To carry out their duties properly, it needs to be supported by a good work environment. Therefore this study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of the work environment on teacher job satisfaction at SMK 1 in Sorong City. Data that was collected using a questionnaire, followed by quantitative descriptive analysis using simple linear regression. The results of the analysis showed that the work environment variables had a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction
at SMK 1 Sorong City, where the significance value was 0,000 less than the alpha used 0.05.
