Abstract; Management in the village and apparatus resources that are less capable in managing village fund allocation, due to limited knowledge and understanding of management of village fund allocation management and lack of socialization, and its objectives. the phenomenon that occurs in the management of village officials in managing village funds is still lacking, transparency in village financial management is not entirely clear. There is still confusion in the use of the budget, participation or community involvement in the process of monitoring and providing constructive input on improving village financial management. This means that supervision is not yet fully not fully maximized.
