PENGARUH FAKTOR INDIVIDU DAN FAKTOR ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PERIKANAN DAN KELAUTAN KABUPATEN FAKFAK

Abstract; Abstract; This study aims to determine the effect of individual factors and organizational factors on the performance of the Department of Fisheries and Maritime Affairs of Fakfak Regency. Data collected using a questionnaire, analyzed systematically using multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that: first, individual factors centering on HR capabilities and organizational factors centering on leadership and resources are factors that inhibit Fish Auction Places (TPI) in Fakfak Regency not being implemented, even though TPI is a vital object for Fakfak Regency area which is rich in fish resources. Second, the relationship between individual factors and organizational factors on the performance of the employees of the Fisheries and Maritime Office of Fakfak Regency was 0.836, the value if consulted in the correlation coefficient interpretation guide, the relationship between individual
factors and organizational factors on employee performance is classified as very strong. Furthermore, the influence of individual factors and organizational factors on employee performance is as follows: price a = 1.837, price X1 = 0.710, and price X2 = 0.225, meaning that if individual factors and organizational factors are improved then employee performance will increase. The contribution of individual variables (X1) and
organizational variables (X2) to employee performance variables (Y) is 69.88%. Then the multiple correlation coefficient found after being calculated using the calculated F compared with the F table price.
