EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN STANDAR OPERASIONAL PROSEDUR PELAYANAN PEMBUATAN IZIN LINGKUNGAN PADA DINAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP DAN PERTANAHAN KABUPATEN FAKFAK

Abstract

Abstract; This research was conducted with the aim to find out the
implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) related to the service of making environmental permits at the Department of Environment and Land of the Fakfak Regency. This study uses 14 respondents or informants related to the problem under study. The analysis shows that the implementation of standard operating
procedures (SOP) for making environmental permits at the Department of Environment and Land of Fakfak Regency has not been effective. The ineffectiveness of the implementation is due to the limitations of human resource in the Administrative Test Team, Document Evaluator and Environmental Impact Assessors who already have a certification at the Environmental and Land Service Office of Fakfak Regency. In addition, the Department of Environment and Land of the Fakfak Regency, in this case
related fields, namely the Field of Structuring and Compliance, PPLH never conducted an evaluation process of implementing standard operating procedures (SOP) in the service of making environmental permits.
