Abstract: Abstract: The cause of the poor health aspects in Indonesia is the uneven quality of health services for all Indonesian people. Equity in the health aspect is very difficult to achieve in Indonesia given the geographical conditions of Indonesia which are islands that make the construction of health facilities in certain areas still very lacking. This is exacerbated by the economic inequality of the Indonesian people,
making only high-income communities able to reach health costs that tend to be expensive. Based on the background that has been described, then the formulation of the problem in this study is; how much influence does the quality of service have on the satisfaction of social security participants (BPJS) at the Sorong Branch Office. In this study the population was participants of the Sorong Branch BPJS Health totaling 102 participants, the sample technique was taken by 40 people, this study will be analyzed
qualitatively and quantitatively with the help of the respondent's response table about service quality and participants satisfaction and product moment analysis.
