PENGARUH PELAYANAN PENDAFTARAN TANAH PERTAMA KALI TERHADAP KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DI KABUPATEN FAKFAK
Abstract
Abtract: This research was conducted with the aim to find out based on the results of research and data analysis about the effect of the influence of employee services in first-time land registration on community satisfaction in Fakfak Regency. To achieve this goal, data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of the analysis using regression analysis showed that: first, the effect of employee service in first-time land registration on community satisfaction was 0.78%, which means the correlation results obtained had a strong degree of relationship. Second, the coefficient of determination (correlation strength) of 60.84%, which means the influence of employee services in the first time land registration on community satisfaction by 60.84% while the remaining contribution of 39.16% is influenced by other factors not measured in this study. Third, based on significant test results with the provisions of α = 0.05; dk = n - 2 = 40 - 2 = 38, then the results of t table = 2.021, so t arithmetic> t table is 7.749> 2.021, the price of t count 0.6084 is greater than t table, so Ho is rejected then it can be stated that there are positive and significant effect between employee services on community satisfaction.
