EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN STANDAR OPERASIONAL PROSEDUR DALAM PELAYANAN PEMBUATAN IZIN LINGKUNGAN PADA LINGKUNGAN HIDUP DAN PERTANAHAN KABUPATEN FAKFAK

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to evaluate the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) in the service of making environmental permits. Based on the results of the study it was found that (1) the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) for making environmental permits, has not yet been carried out effectively because it is not in accordance with SOP at the Department of Environment and Land
of Fakfak Regency. (2) limited human resources in the Administrative Test Team, Document Evaluator and Environmental Impact Assessor who have been certified by the Fakfak Regency Environment and Land Agency, making it less effective and efficient in providing services to the  community. (3) Fakfak Regency's Office of the Environment and Land Affairs in this case related fields namely SOP Field in the service of making
environmental permits, so that the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) is still far from what was expected.
