Abstract

Abstract; This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the granting of building permits. The results of the study prove that the Effectiveness of the Implementation of Building Permit (IMB) services is simple to be applied through service activities that are in accordance with the procedure to achieve satisfying service. The Office of Investment and Integrated Services of One Door Fakfak Regency in the process of granting a Building Permit to the community has properly considered the security aspects. So that people who take care of building permits get legal certainty from the building they want to build. Timeliness in completing IMB is in accordance
with IMB service mechanism. Openness is implemented through the imposition of fees to create transparency in the provision of data and information. Not discriminatory by providing fair and equitable IMB services. Service efficiency, namely implementing services according to working hours based on applicable service commitments. Economical in this case the imposition of affordable costs that do not burden the community. The cost of obtaining a building permit at the Fakfak Regency Investment
and One Stop Integrated Services Office is considered affordable by the community and takes into account the value of the services that administer the Building Construction Permit.
