ANALISIS PENGARUH PENILAIAN KINERJA TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN KARIER PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR PEMERINTAH KOTA AMBON
Abstract
Abstract; Objectives of this research are to examine the influence of job quality, job quantity as well as punctuality in finishing the job toward career development of the officia, and to find out the dominant factor, which influence og official’s career development. Hypotesis of the research are firstly, it is presumed thet job quantity, job quality as well as punctuality in finishing the job have significant influence toward the career development. Secondly, it is presumed that the job quality has dominant influence toward the career development of the official. By applying multi regression analysis, the firs hypotesis is tested or proved, which is shown by the value of Fsig as much as 0,000 and the test result of the second hypotesis is tested or proved, which shown by the value of the regression coefficient as much as 0,262 along with the significant level of 0,003. Therefore, quality is considered as the most dominant factor, which influence the career development.
