PENGARUH PENERAPAN PRINSIP GOOD GOVERNANCE TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK DALAM PENGURUSAN STNK KABUPATEN FAKFAK

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the principle of good
governance has a positive influence on the quality of public services. The results of the research show that the principle of good governance has a positive influence on the quality of public services in the registration of the STNK at the UPTD SAMSAT office in Fakfak Regency, because it is known that the regression equation is Y = 5.368 + 0.863X. Where the coefficient is positive, it means that there is a positive relationship between the principles of good governance with the quality of public services, and has a
strong relationship that is equal to 0.774 through the calculation of the correlation coefficient. Significant test results of 7.127 with an error level of 0.05. This means that the hypothesis is formulated that there is a positive and significant influence between the application of Good Governance Principles and Public Service Quality in the registration of STNK at the UPTD SAMSAT office in Fakfak Regency. This can be seen from the calculation of the Determinant Coefficient of 59.90%, while the remaining 40.1% is determined by other variables not included in this study. Based on
respondents' answers through questionnaires distributed there is the lowest value on the variable Public Service Quality which is located on the Physical Evidence indicator (tangible).
