EFEKTIFITAS PELAKSANAAN KEBIJAKAN PENGGUNAAN ALOKASI DANA KAMPUNG GORAS DISTRIK MBAHAMDANDARA

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim to determine the
effectiveness of the implementation of the policy of the use of Goras village funds in Fakfak. The results showed that: first, the target of managing the allocation of village funds has not been going well, so it is necessary to review problems related to the target of completion of the work that has been set. Second, the amount of costs determined in
the management of village fund allocations has not been fully reached. Third, operational activities are one of the activities that must be carried out in its construction where the operational activities carried out by the village government have been going well. Fourth, the workforce as the executor of development has sought to optimize the potential that exists in the village, given the potential that exists in the village is so large, both the existing human resources and nature. Ouput is the end result of an activity in which the management of village fund allocation is not too
efficient and effective.
