Abstract


Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee work. The results of the study prove the air: first, the coefficient of refresion of 0.321 which indicates that there is a positive influence of work discipline on employee performance. This means that the more work discipline is increased, the better the performance of employees. Second, the closeness of the relationship between work discipline variables and employee performance by 0.0140864 through the calculation of Pearson Product Moment (PPM) correlation coefficient analysis. If seen from the
correlation interpretation table shows that work discipline on employee performance lies between 0.00 - 0.199, which means the results obtained have a very low relationship of work discipline on the performance of civil servants at Torea Airport in Fakfak Regency.
