Abstract
Abstract: This study aims to analyze employee work discipline. Of course the variables used are univariate. After the data is collected and analyzed, it can be concluded that the discipline of civil servants working at the Danaweria Village Office has gone well, because first, the Civil Servants at the Danaweria Village Office have begun to arrive at the office at the appointed hours, and work according with applicable rules. The employees also work based on their respective expertise and for employees who do not carry out their duties properly will be subject to sanctions by the Chairman. Second, the Civil Servants at the Danaweria Village Office always dress formal and neat according to the applicable rules. Good communication is also always maintained between employees and leaders. Third, the Employees of the Danaweria Village Office have begun to work in accordance with the specified time with the expertise and high loyalty of each employee so that they can carry out the duties or orders from superiors. Fourth, Employees of the Danaweria Village Office work according to the rules in force. If employees work improperly or break the rules, superiors will provide sanctions in stages.
