Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the implementation of work procedures for the administration of village administration. From the research carried out in Wrikapal Village, Fakfak District Fakfak Regency, it was found that: first, the lack of communication within the internal organization of the village government, between the Village head and his officials. Second, village government officials in general are apathetic and are more dominant in choosing to wait for instructions and direction from
the village head. Although dominant, they have the motivation to develop villages to be better. Third, inadequate means of supporting the work of government administrative services. Fourth, lack of understanding of the duties and functions of positions held in the village. Fifth, the village community still finds it difficult to obtain correspondence administration due to being often left by the village secretary.
