Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Post Time
Delivery Time (WTKP) Against Customer Satisfaction At PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Branch Sorong. Of the population of 7183 subscribers in random post bags in the WTKP report samples were taken with a slovin formula obtained by 99 people. Further data obtained through questionnaire and analyzed with simple linear regression analysis which calculated with the help of program of SPSS 21. The result of research show that there is positive influence between WTKP and Satisfaction of Customer PT. Pos Indonesia.
