Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the implementation of
BAPERKAM's function in monitoring the village budget. The results showed that: first, the implementation of the oversight function of budget planning was less than optimal because BAPERKAM members were less active in attending meetings. Second, the implementation of BAPERKAM function in overseeing programs is not optimal because BAPERKAM members are less active in conducting supervision both directly and indirectly. Third, the implementation of the BAPERKAM function in evaluating the results of program implementation, seems to be running not optimally because
BAPERKAM members are less active in evaluating the results of the work program implementation and does not involve BAPERKAM members, Kampung government officials and all Kampung communities, and cannot provide solutions from the evaluation results because BAPERKAM members do not have the skills either in terms of monitoring, evaluating or providing solutions from the results of controlling the budget,
