LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN EVALUASI MANAJEMEN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PEMERINTAH KOTA AMBON
Abstract
Abstract; Objectives of the research are to find out the working environment, managerial evaluation, as well as working satisfaction of the employees at the local goverment in Ambon city, end to find out the influence of working environmen and managerial evaluation toward working satisfaction at the employees goverment in ambon city. Sample of the research is comprised of 60 person. Data analysis technique uses multiple-linear regression analysis. The first hypothesis testing, which shows that
working environment (x1) and managerial evaluation (x2) have simultaneosly significant influence towart working satisfactionof the employees at the local goverment in Ambon city, has benen proven. The second hypothesis testing proves that working environment (x1) has the most dominant influence toward working satisfaction of the employees and it shows the highest regression coefficient of 0.622.
