Abstract


Abstrack; The purpose of this study is to analyze the following variables:
training and development, organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee performance, analyzing the dominant influence between training and development, organizational culture, job satisfaction on performance. This research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) Region IX Maluku and North Maluku which has head office in ambon city. The population of this study are employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Region IX Maluku and North Maluku totaling 90 employees, the sample used in this study amounted to 55 employees selected at the headquarters of PT. PLN (Persero) Region IX
Maluku and North Maluku. the analytical method used is descriptive method that is by describing the contribution of indicators of research variables, and explanatory method of explaining the causal relationship between training and development variables, organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee performance. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, with spss software. Based on the results of research can be concluded that training and development, organizational culture and job satisfaction affect the performance of
employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Region IX Maluku and North Maluku , both partially and simultaneously so that the resulting regression model is appropriate in describing employee performance. While the variable of training and development is very dominant influence to the increase of employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Region IX Maluku and North Maluku compared with other variables of organizational culture and job satisfaction.
