Abstract


Abstract; This research aims to conduct empirical proof of influence of the
discipline of work on performance of employees in the environment PT DreAm Success Airindo (DSA) Ambon. Study on design approach of quantitative analysis. This research type is explanatory research, a unit of analysis in this study is the individual employees of PT. DreAm Success Airindo (DSA) Ambon, data collection methods surveys using questionnaire instrument. Determination of the sample using the method non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, the number of samples
analyzed in this study as many as 32 units of a sample. The type of the data in the research is primary data. Techniques analysis data using statistical analysis inferensial (simple linear regression). The results of this research prove the regression model can be formed following equation: Y = 14.9122 + 0.682X. This equation tells us that any increased variable
work discipline (X) or the better teraplikasi in work activities, then the performance of the employees of PT Dream Success Airindo Ambon (Y) will be increased by the value of the coefficient of regression, the results of the study also describes the work discipline of positive and significant effect on performance of employees in the environment PT DreAm Success Airindo (DSA) Ambon). The results of the research proves the value of r2 = 0372, shows that variations in the value of the performance of the employees of PT Dream Success Airindo Ambon which can be explained by the regression equation of 23.1% while the rest, namely 62.8%, explained by other
variables were not analysed. The results of the analysis based on the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.610 prove that the relationship of the work discipline of variable 0.610 or 61% proves that there is a strong and positive relationship employee discipline employee performance PT Dream Success Airindo Ambon.
