Abstract


Abstract: This study aims to determine the work discipline of civil servants and non-permanent employees in the Fakfak Regency secretariat. Based on the results of the study obtained information that there are no significant differences in work discipline between Civil Servants and Non-Permanent Employees, this is seen from the acceptance of Ho or Ho rejected and Ha rejected and strengthened with a greater p-value of
0.923984864 of the value Alpha 5% (0.05), and also here the researcher sees that the discipline of employees in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Fakfak Regency does not show good discipline between Civil Servants and Non-Permanent Employees. Therefore it is recommended that employees in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Fakfak be given work motivation and guidance towards a better and more assertive in relation to discipline, so that it will have an impact on increasing the discipline of Civil Servants and Non-Permanent Employees in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of the Fakfak Regency.
