IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM KESELAMATAN KERJA DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT SALAM PASIFIC INDONESIA LINES (SPIL) CABANG FAKFAK

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim to find out the
implementation of work safety programs by the company. The results of the study found that all employees who work at PT SPIL have received occupational safety protection in the form of insurance and others, but to support work safety employees must work to pay attention to safety warning signs and use work safety equipment by the company. All employees who work have to know the safety tools used at work such as safety helmets, safety shoes and others but not all employees obey the rules made by the company. This is due to the employee's lack of concern for himself and not thinking about the negative impact that will occur on him when working. The company will succeed if all employees work along the lines of command of the company, so that what the company's goals or targets will be achieved with a common desire. As a consideration for companies to apply sanctions to employees who do not use work safety equipment and the company is obliged to run a work safety program and
facilitate work safety equipment related to employee safety.
