PELAKSANAAN FUNGSI LEGISLASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA ANGGOTA DPRD KABUPATEN FAKFAK

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the implementation of the legislative function on legislative productivity. The results showed that: first, the implementation of the legislative function, the average percentage reached 86.143%. This means that in the implementation of legislative functions, indicators of mechanisms, legislative rules, quality of human resources and budgets are supporting factors that can influence the
creation of a quality regional product. Secondly, the assessment of work productivity of the legislative members of the Fakfak Regency is categorized very well, from the average results of respondents' responses which is 81.67% where work productivity can be interpreted as the work achieved by someone in carrying out the tasks carried. Third, the assessment of the implementation of the legislative function on work productivity. The legislative members of the Fakfak Regency have a positive relationship but are still classified as moderate. Correlation analysis that can be explained by r arithmetic for the error level of 5% with n = 30 obtained 0.361 and for 1% = 0.463. Because r count is greater than r table both for 5% and for 1% (0.5286> 0.463> 0.361), it can be
concluded that there is an influence between the implementation of the legislative function on the work productivity of legislative members.
