Abstract


Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities and
infrastructure in relation to employee performance. Based on data collected using a questionnaire, followed by regression analysis and correlation, the results obtained are: first, that the relationship between Infrastructure Variables (X) and Employee Performance Variables (Y) is relatively strong. This is evidenced by the value of r obtained in the calculation of Person Product Moment (PPM) which obtained a value of 0.623 which is categorized into a correlation interpretation table that states the
relationship is very strong. Then the hypothesis is Ha, which is the Influence of Infrastructure Variables (X) on Employee Performance Variables (Y). The magnitude of the relationship between Infrastructure Variables (X) and Employee Performance Variables (Y) is 0.623, which means strong and the results of the calculation of correlation analysis can be explained by r count for the error level of 5% with n = 50 obtained 0.279 and for 1% = 0.361, because r count greater than r table both for 5% and 1% (0.623> 0.361> 0.279), so there is an influence between infrastructure on employee performance. R2 value of 0.38813 (38.813%) which means there is a positive relationship between infrastructure and employee performance. Second, the test results that have been described show that infrastructure facilities have a strong influence on employee performance, because with the availability of adequate infrastructure and in
accordance with work standards, employee performance will improve.
