ANALISIS FUNGSI PENGAWASAN ANGGOTA LEGISLATIF TERHADAP PENGELOLAAN ANGGARAN DAN PENDAPATAN BELANJA DAERAH KABUPATEN FAKFAK

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the legislative control function of budget management. Based on the results of statistical tests it was found that legislative members' knowledge of the budget had a positive and significant effect on budget control in Fakfak district. It is known from the magnitude of t value of 13,397 at a significance level of 0,000 smaller than alpha 0.05, while the determination
of regression R2 with a contribution of 81%. This means that the hypothesis in this study is proven in answering problems in research. Legislative members' understanding of regulation also has a positive but not significant effect on budget oversight. Where this can be seen from the magnitude of the determination value of R2 regression with a contribution of 0.645 or 64.5%. This means that the hypothesis in this study is not
proven true, or in other words a hypothesis which states that the understanding of legislative members about regulation has a positive and significant effect on budget oversight because it is not proven. Simultaneously, the knowledge of legislators about the budget and the understanding of legislators about regulation greatly affects budget
oversight, as evidenced by the calculated F value of 100.340 at a significance level of 0,000 less than 0.05 and the value of regression determination R2 with a contribution of 83%.
