ANALISIS PENGARUH PERILAKU MALAS BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR

Abstract; The purpose of this research is 1). Do the elements of learning lazy behavior (study habits, study time and environmental atmosphere) affect student achievement on Faculty of Economics Management Department 2). Which variables among the elements of learning
lazy behavior (learning habits, study time and atmosphere) the dominant influence on student achievement in the Faculty of Economics Management Department. Discussion of research results using multiple linear regression analysis method, with data processed using statistical calculations SPSS 20.0. Data collection techniques include interviews and questionnaires. The samples used are 40 students of the faculty of economics majoring in management which are divided into 4 (four generations, namely force 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016. The analysis tool used is the validity and
reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis with f test, t test and test of classical assumption. The result of research indicate that 1). Variable elements of learning lazy behavior are learning habits, study time and environmental atmosphere have a significant influence on student achievement Faculty of Economics Department of Management Universitas Kristen Indonesia Maluku (UKIM) Ambon. 2). Elements of learning lazy behavior that is learning habits have dominant influence on learning achievement of students of the Faculty of Economics Management Department of the Christian University of Indonesia Maluku (UKIM)
Ambon. 3). The three elements of learning lazy behavior, learning habits, study time and environmental atmosphere contributed 96.4% to the change in student achievement of Faculty of Economics, Department of Management while the remaining 3.6% was contribution / contribution of other variable not observed in this research.
