PENGELOLAAN PERPUSTAKAAN DAN PENINGKATAN MINAT BACA PENGUNJUNG

Abstract

Abstract; This study aims to determine the extent to which the Management of Library Management with Improvement Interest Reads Visitors at the Library Office and Archives District Sorong. Data were collected by using questionnaires to 25 library and archives visitors of Sorong District as sample. Further data is analyzed by using simple frequency tabulation analysis and product moment correlation. The results
showed that there is a very strong relationship between library management with increased interest in reading visitors. Where a good library management will provide the attraction for the community to visit the library, because the management of a good library will increase interest in reading. Therefore, it is necessary to improve and handle the management of the library.
