Abstract

Abstract: Implementing regional autonomy, of course villages need the authority and ability to find their own financial resources and are supported with financial assistance from the center and the regions. Village finance is basically a subsystem of state finance. The village as a government that is directly in contact with the community, becomes the main focus in government development. This is because most of Indonesia's territory is in the countryside. The implementation of village development must be in accordance with what has been planned in the planning process, and the community has the right to know and supervise village development activities. The problem of using ADD is prone to misappropriation of funds and delays, because the documents prepared by village officials and treasurers are incomplete. Therefore the management of village funds must be in accordance with the village midterm development plan (RPJMK). The results showed that community support and participation was very high, although there were still programs that had not yet been completed. The program is the construction of 23 clean water infrastructure facilities.
