EFEK MODERASI SEMANGAT KERJA ANTARA PENGARUH WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT TERHADAP KINERJA DOSEN WANITA
Abstract
Abstract: This study aims to test and analyze empirically the influence of work-family conflict on the performance of female lecturers at the Christian University of Maluku in Maluku with the lecturer working spirit as a moderating variable. This research is an explanatory research study (exsplanatory), the type of investigation in the research is a correlational study, a quantitative research approach, the research model is a survey research. The sampling method uses nonprobability methods, sampling using purposive sampling technique. Determination of the sample is based on judgment (judgment sampling), with criteria namely, (1) permanent lecturer at the Indonesian Christian University of Maluku, (2) lecturer is active in carrying out the tasks of Tri Dharma and 3) Female lecturer at the Christian University of Maluku Maluku who married. The number of samples analyzed in this study were 40 people. Data analysis uses inferential statistical tools, namely moderation regression analysis. The research proves that work-family conflicts include (1) time-based conflicts. (2) conflicts based on pressure (3) conflicts based on behavior affect lecturers' performance as measured in educational and teaching tasks, research, community service. The results of the study prove the enthusiasm of the lecturers indicated in terms of enthusiasm, diligence in working, strength to fight frustration, enthusiasm in groups and work responsibilities are moderating variables proven to weaken the negative influence of work-family conflict on the performance of female lecturers at the Indonesia Christian University of Maluku.
