PENGARUH KEPUASAN KOMUNIKASI DOWNWARD TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus Pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Arfindo Cabang Sorong)

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out the effect of downward communication satisfaction on employee performance at BPR Arfindo Sorong Branch with incentives as controller variables. The approach used in this research is quantitative approach with survey method. The sample in this study was all employees at BPR Arfindo Sorong Branch which amounted to 47 people. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire with a total of 56 questions, which has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used is pearson product moment correlation and partial correlation to know the relationship between variables and linear regression multiple to know the influence between variables. The results of this study are: (1) Employees are satisfied with downward communication running within the company, employee performance is relatively high and incentives provided by the company are also diverse; (2) Downward communication satisfaction has a high relationship with employee performance and the incentives of the company have a very low effect on the relationship between the two; (3) Downward communication satisfaction affects the strong and significant performance of employees when influenced by incentives from companies in bpr Arfindo Sorong branch. The more diverse incentives provided by the company and the more satisfied employees towards downward communication, the better employee performance. Downward communication needs to be considered by the company because it has a high influence on the performance of employees where. BPR Arfindo Sorong Branch can achieve its goals by empowering employees. Downward communication helps empower employees to recognize the company and know the tasks and ways to achieve their desired goals.
